Which payment methods do you accept?
Stickney's Tack & Repair takes many different payment methods!
Local customers can pay in cash, check, credit/debit cards, Venmo, or PayPal.
Out of area customers can pay by check in the mail (work will not be started until the check goes through), Venmo, or PayPal!
What is your return & cancellation policy?
Stickney's Tack & Repair does not take returns on custom orders. We're happy to exchange stock made products for a different size if necessary.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled if the work has already begun. Regular orders can be cancelled before shipping.
Where are you located and where will you travel to?
Stickney's Tack & Repair is a small shop located in Newbury, Massachusetts.
To pick up repairs, I will travel as far north as North Hampton, and as far south as South Hamilton. Farthest points must have accumulated at least $120 worth of repairs. I like to keep to Essex County.
What is your deposit policy?
When taking local custom orders, the shop policy requires a 50% deposit when ordering. The balance must be paid at the time of pickup.
Online orders are to be paid in full at the time of checkout.
